Wonderful view, fantastic local food and your hosts are two of the most friendly people we´ve met that holiday. If you want something different than Pizza and Pasta, this is the place to go. Very much recommended!
What an amazing and unassuming place. The family run restaurant is not you run of the mill restaurant. Small menu. Incredible quality. Beautiful setting. Everyone is so kind and gracious. It’s a charming find in the middle of these farm valleys.
Surrounded by lush viridian mountains, a Tuscan niche of home cooked food is served with natural grace and happiness. We savoured genuine flavours of wild boar and hand made pasta, wild hare and pappardelle, chianina beef tagliata with rocket and parmiagiana. Relaxing in a sun drenched day our appetites were aroused with antipasto, a melodic delight of crostini, cheese with honey, salumi, tripe and other surprises that danced on our palette like foreplay to a most satisfying meal. Completed with desserts and coffee. Highly recommend this adventure into a sensory wonder of genuine culinary finery at a very reasonable price.
Oh my god, this place has my heart. The people who run this place are amazing too. The food is unbeatable. They serve good wine. I wish to go there again.
This restaurante is superb. The owners are amazing, even is they don’t speak fully English they make us feel welcome. The menu is presented in an ardósia board that gets moved around all the tables, which is very original. The food is delicious, the pastas and the desert, all was really good. Great house wine. Amazing price for the quality.
Very good home cooking. Awesome nice antipasto plate and housewine! Absolutely recommended! When you pay, you can choose between 6 different self made liquors. Prices are decent.
What a gem! This is the kind of place you dream of stumbling across for a delicious lunch (or dinner). Thank you to the family that served us the most delicious and authentic homemade food and made me, my husband and two young kids feel so welcome for a Saturday lunch.
